How long will it take to get my order?Back to top
 If you have ordered an item off our website, we do our best to get your order out the same or next business day when possible. If you place a special order, it will be placed with the Whelen factory same day.In most cases, it will usually ship to you within 15 business days. Some custom LED items may take 3 weeks to ship. You will be contacted if there is to be any delay in your shipment for any reason. Please contact if you have any questions about availability.

 At the present time, we accept checks, money orders, PayPAL,and credit cards. We use software that encrypts all the information you send to us. We keep all the information you send to us private. Our security measures continue even after you've placed your order. We start by quickly removing your credit card information from the order documentation. We then process your credit card on a highly secure internal system, inaccessible via the Internet.

 If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately for assistance. Most items will be refunded (less 15% restocking fee and cost of shipping) if returned within 30 days. Items must be in new condition and not installed in your vehicle. Items (such as certain LED units) that have been custom made will not be refunded unless the order was incorrect. Our top priority is Customer Satisfaction!

All custom orders are considered a contractual agreement to purchase. These items are not refundable or returnable. Additionally, once the order has been placed with the manufacturer (typically 24 hours) the order may not be canceled. We will pursue collections on these items.

 All strobe kits are legal for your vehicle. They can be used for show cars, etc. It usually NOT legal for you to use these items on public streets. Some states do not allow private citizens to have certain colored lights on their vehicles (red / blue). Please check your local laws before ordering. Oviedo Safety Lights WILL NOT be held responsible for the illegal use of any items sold here.

 We try to be as competetive as we can. If you see a lower price somewhere, let us know. We will always try to match , or beat a Whelen Distributor. But, we will always try! We will not sell cheap/inferior grade products just to compete with another companies price, so please don't ask us to. You are not just a number to us, we really want your business.  Whenever possible we ship UPS. Your shipping charges are automatically added as a percentage of your order total. Your shipping charges may change when you are billed. We try to bill actual shipping costs, so most of the time it will be very close to your estimated shipping amount. On some heavy items it may be a little more. These estimated prices are only good for the continental United States. Additional charges will apply for other areas! We try to be fair to all. Thanks!

 Items marked *Free Shipping* are only applicable to the Continental United States - all other locations will have additional charges applied. These items will all be sent via UPS Ground; usually arriving in 1-4 days depending on location. If items must be sent via any other method shipping charges may apply.
